Iqra AI is built around one belief: the best way to learn the Quran is to hear it, see it, understand it - and then practice. Here's how every part of the app works.
Every ayah plays in a deliberate sequence so each phase has space to land: meaning first, then sound, then a few new words to take with you.
The reading view shows each Arabic word with its translation and transliteration. During Arabic recitation each word lights up in time with the audio segment.
Tap the Tafseer icon and a full-screen sheet opens with a 200-300 word AI-generated explanation. Sentences narrate one at a time. When you're done, ask your own questions.
Words you save populate the Words tab. The Practice tab pulls from that deck so every quiz is personal. Translations are hidden during practice and the full ayah is shown after each answer to anchor context.
Invite friends by email and see their progress in real time. Quranic learning is a communal practice - Iqra AI mirrors that.
Pick a font size, a TTS voice, a theme, and a translation edition that matches your language. Everything syncs once you're signed in.
Open the app in your browser. Listen as a guest, sign in when you want to save your progress.
